There are lots of things that parents/carers, family members and other adults in children’s lives can do to positively impact on how children think and feel about themselves and their place in the world. I do get asked a lot about how to help children when they are experiencing difficulties, which is important to consider. However, prevention is better than cure and there are some simple but effective techniques that can be introduced that can help you to raise more resilient and emotionally literate children.
