In all honesty, I am not the best at remembering to ask for formal feedback about my services! When I complete case closure meetings, lots of positive things are said and hearing about the impact of my work for the children and their families, in that space, is enough for me. However, I do recognise that it is important for future clients to hear something about how successfully I have worked with children, families and professionals in the past.
