Once a contact form has been processed, i.e. we have responded to your query and there is no further need for communication, the contact form is immediately deleted. The only exception to this would be if there is some information of concern that Marvellous Resources Therapy Services would be obligated to report to a relevant authority, i.e. concerns about the safety of yourself or others or information about illegal activities.  This would be managed through the appropriate legal guidance related to the concern.

Do you ever share or sell my information?

The information you enter on this website has to be shared with the host and third party providers previously discussed, in order to manage this website and process your contact form (via SquareSpace). It could be possible for your information to be seen should we require some technical IT support (i.e. if we experience Software or Hardware difficulties requiring professional attention). In this instance, we would ensure that a reputable professional with the appropriate level of security checks and confidentiality polices was employed to undertake this work.

The other reason that your information may be shared is if we are required to do so by Law Enforcement, a legal representatives or court order (when the correct documentation is in place to release the information we hold about you). We absolutely will not trade or sell your information.

Contact form information is automatically deleted after the query has been resolved, with the exceptions of any requirement to report safeguarding concerns or illegal activity. Once any concern has been reported to the relevant authority, Marvellous Resources Therapy Services will follow legal guidance issued about deleting or storing this specific data.
