Lead By Example

I think that the world is a very competitive place and that some of this competition unfortunately impacts upon how well teams work together. I work hard to empower, support and celebrate members of my team. I do not think that leadership means I have to be the best at everything; I think it means that I can focus on bringing out the best of everyone. We all have our unique perspectives, skills and dreams. There is room for everyone to be accepted and heard. One person’s success does not have to minimise anyone else.

This section explores what I think about good leadership and team membership and calls for people to use their voices to stand up and work towards what they believe is right.
