It’s Never Too Late

I read this adult fiction book this week and it is just perfect. It tells the story of Nora, who has anxiety and depression, and how she came to decide that there was nothing left to live for. She finds herself in a place inbetween life and death, The Midnight Library, where she gets to explore the alternative lives she could have been living if different decisions were made.

We can all find ourselves living with regrets and longing for what might have been. This book takes us on a journey to see that it’s never too late to make changes and that regrets will always weigh us down, not carry us forward. A great book to recommend on #WorldMentalHealthDay
